"Enrolling in the KidzKitchen class was a culinary adventure; we got to experience the magic of other cultures' food and how fun it was to cook. The first time I attended one of these classes, we had the opportunity to make pasta and banana bread. For the pasta, we learned each unique step of making the dish, from cooking the noodles to every single part of the seasoning process. We also got to chop the garlic and work together to cook the dishes ourselves, which added to the excitement of the experience. After we made the pasta, we started to make the banana bread. Making the dessert was enjoyable, but the real delight came when we tasted the final product. I wasn't particularly fond of banana bread before, but this one completely altered my opinion. It was very flavorful and delicious. Overall, participating in this cooking class was an exceptional experience unlike any other. Yanis' cooking classes were very helpful. Yanis is very passionate about cooking. He taught me how to make creamy alfredo sauce and several other dishes. I now make the dish very regularly and my family loves it. Yanis teaches in a way in which all of the hard steps sound easy. He was very good at dealing with kids of all ages, including my brother who was six when we went to his classes. If given a chance and when time permits, I would definitely go back to Yanis' classes. I had the best time attending the cooking class camp with my friends this summer! Not only did we learn a ton of new cooking skills, but we also made some amazing new friends along the way. Yanis was super engaging and shared lots of tricks on how to bring out the flavors in our dishes, which made the learning process both fun and informative.
